For Outgrow: Last Tree Standing, operated by Prime Protocol Interactive LLC and managed by Matthew Pollice, you can request deletion without installing or opening the game.
Send your request to primeprotocolgame@gmail.com from the email used for your Outgrow account. Say whether you want to delete your entire account and progress, or only particular saved data. You do not need a paid subscription.
We verify ownership before deleting anything. Never send your password, Google sign-in code, private recovery key, or government ID. If you cannot access the account email, contact us first so we can discuss another way to verify ownership.
Signed-in players can also choose Delete my account in the account controls. Recent sign-in is required. The app removes linked game data and requests deletion of the Outgrow sign-in identity in Firebase. It reports whether identity cleanup is complete or still needs retry or support. This does not delete your Google account. Export progress you wish to keep before requesting permanent deletion.
Account deletion removes your account link, cloud saves, server profile and associated progress, rewards and social records. Financial records needed for payment disputes and accounting, referral provenance, and necessary deletion-prevention records can require separate retention. A deletion request does not automatically request a purchase refund; contact support about payment issues.
Hosting recovery copies and provider records require separate review and may not disappear immediately. Contact support to confirm handling of these copies and any retained records. Offline exports and device saves you control are separate: clear the game’s storage or uninstall it to remove those copies. Other players may keep screenshots of matches.
Optional gameplay analytics use a separate random installation identity, not your account email. To request removal of those observations, contact us from the device where you opted in; we will explain how to identify its analytics record without sharing your recovery credentials. You can turn collection off at any time in Sound & settings.
Email requests are reviewed by the operator; opening this page does not perform deletion. We reply to confirm ownership, scope, retained records and completion. Read the privacy notice or purchase and refund information.
